Really? Not even shampoo?

I just remembered something else to add to my list - John Freida blonde hairspray.

I have whatever shampoo is in the shower (the men of the house have about 8 between them, and I use whatever I grab) and Terax Crema conditioner. That's it. I thought we were talking about actual styling products

Oops, I included shampoo etc in my list...Sapph is a bit vague this Saturday night! My mum only uses velvet soap on her hair and hairspray after taking out her curlers. And she has amazing hair without a single grey (she is 63). However I just cannot bring myself to use soap...

My hair (at the time of posting) was not as short as my avatar. It was the pob she had at the start. I used the product for the back of my hair - and just a little, just so it was not so smooth, kinda messy.
My hair is a bit longer now and in a bob (so all one length).

Hot Tip: get yourself a barrel brush with a ceramic core to blow dry your hair. The core heats up from the hairdryer and works like a hot styling tool in speeding up the drying process. I got one pretty cheap in Priceline.

Has anyone tried Alterna hair styling products? They seem to have a range of Hemp Seed products (amongst many others) that look very interesting. In particular I have my eye on the Hemp Seed Styling Mud for something that adds shine and definition, with a reasonable amount of hold. Anyone come across this range?

Interestingly, their trade mark is : The Science of Skincare for Hair. They claim to stay 'one step ahead of technology' to 'set the industry standard for the finest luxury hair care in the world'...

I need to start USING the heat protectant that I have....because the ends of my hair are fried despite repeated Terax-ing and K-pak-ing...
